So here's the updated Tier List after Patch 21.05.25.

Bernice & Chiara solidifies their position in the S. Jenny drops to A Tier because of

-20% Lifesteal nerf on her Revenge Play. Adela buffs last time truly confirms her at the top A tier. Laura joins

the A tier with an overall balance Character on release. Chloe

loses one tier from her nerf. Her low damage doesn't compensate for double nerf. Nothing changed for

Xiu Kai going one tier up. But he deserves a little notch up in comparison to Eleven or Shoichi.
