Skill Explained

• Anchor Point: You might consider Accuracy crafts (more below) to further enhance her Passive. It mostly simplifies the decision making on Rio as she doesn't even have to pay attention to this Passive, neither her combat skill. You do lose the extra random burst from crit. It is a consideration to be mindful of.

• Release: You can obviously use it when you have it, but the thing is you don't even have to pay attention to noises to fully benefit from it unlike other characters. So, again, simplified decisions. Use that to your advantage. And it will also benefits if you try to add some Accuracy crafts. This is something you can keep around as your only tool for increasing your damage from being unable to crit though.

General Tips

• Accuracy Crafts: Anchor Point explains why accuracy crafts are a consideration for Rio: Cosmic Watch (+8% Accuracy), Quiver of Infinity (+4%), Clergy Cassock (+4%), Failnaught (+4%)

• Red Cell: It is another consideration as it increases armor penetration like Anchor Point. It is always paid at the cost of more Stamina requirement obviously. It is just something to consider as an additional firepower to compensate her Straightforwardness (see below).

• Arrow Supply Aptitude: It is more standard to start with Arrow Supply for Bow Character, including Rio, as Quiver of Infinity is not the most straightforward. But because Anchor Point benefits from it, is it a consideration for Rio to play Bow without Arrow Supply.

• Early: She has a decent chance to start in her area, as most bows are similar. She gets ahead mostly by the fact that some Bows are very fast to craft, and some Bow crafts can be very good if supplies help too. Be sure to review them beforehand.

• Mid to Late: While, Rio, might not have much skill to pay attention to, she definitely benefits from salvaging Accuracy items from corpses if available. She's also the only character looking for those items as well. Keep making good decisions by staying ahead basically.

Counters

• Straightforwardness: Rio doesn't have tools to steal, pressure key fights, and doesn't crit. So it is easier to steal key fights from her, and time Food consumption against her against you won't die randomly from being crit. Use this against her.
